  • Twenty years of experience as laboratory specialist and inspector, with particular experience in preparing major facilities for both quality and safety audits and annual inspections.  National experience as site auditor with College of American Pathologists; also certified in international laboratory inspection.
  • Thirteen years of experience as medical director of major reference facility, overseeing quality assurance, quality control and safety, as well as professional-level customer service over three-state area.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, with experience in developing instructional and sales materials; strong computer skills with experience in PowerPoint, Word, WordPress and Excel.
  • Extensive corporate experience in networking, sales support and client outreach.
  • Dual US/Canadian citizenship allowing work in both countries.
